A Private Real Estate Community
TerraShare is a community of forward-thinking individuals coming together around a shared interest in real estate opportunities.
It is designed for people who prefer to stay early, informed, and connected to carefully selected land opportunities before they become widely known.
Behind TerraShare is a structured system led by PAED (Property Assessment and Evaluation Department), responsible for identifying and reviewing viable land opportunities before they are shared with the community.
• Early access to curated real estate opportunities
• A private community of like-minded participants
• Structured evaluation and selection process
• Collective awareness and participation in land opportunities
This is not a public platform. It is a select entry community.
Be among the first to receive access before the official launch on June 12.

NOTICE: Submission does not guarantee access. Only selected applicants will be onboarded into the early community.
Some people wait to hear about opportunities later. Others choose to be early. TerraShare is for the latter.
